4 of the Best Reasons to Go on a Brooklyn Brewery Tour

Did you know that Brooklyn, New York was one of the largest brewing centers in the country in the late 1800s? Immigrants from Germany, Belgium, and Ireland brought their knowledge and passion to over 45 breweries in the borough! It was this passion that inspired Steve Hindy and Tom Potter to open the Brooklyn Brewery in 1996. Today, the staff pushes the boundaries of brewing with an expanded barrel-aging program and an extensive roster of experimental batches. Beer lovers everywhere can visit the iconic brewhouse to learn more about the process and taste their favorite flavors.  Here are some of the things you’ll see on a Brooklyn Brewery tour.
